Promotion Name Solarvest Customer Referral Programme Campaign
Promotion Description
  1. Every Successful Referrer is eligible to win a Reward worth up to RM5,000 when he or she refers to Solarvest, one (1) New Customer.
  2. Every Successful Referrer is eligible to enjoy a Bonus Reward when he or she refers to Solarvest, two (2) New Customers.
Promotion Period From 19 Sep 2022 onwards until 18 Sep 2023 (both dates are inclusive)
Eligible Customer Existing Solarvest customers or potential customers who successfully refers New Customer to Solarvest (“Successful Referrer”)
Eligible Package
  1. Solar PV project under Powervest Programme OR
  2. Solar PV project under capex model with solar PV system capacity of 500kWp and above
New Customer

The New Customer (Referee) referred by the Eligible Customer must meet the following conditions:

  1. Shall be a new commercial & industrial (“C&I”) customer only, and must not have been already referred by anyone else.
  2. Must make new purchase order(s) and is considered not applicable if there is an existing purchase order.
  3. Must sign up for the Eligible Package with Solarvest.
  4. Shall not at any time cancel/terminate the confirmed purchase order(s).
  5. Must have made the first payment at Solarvest’s instruction.
Reward

Every Successful Referrer may be entitled for either one of the following reward(s) subject to the Redemption Limit and Conditions:

  1. One (1) EV charger OR
  2. Company Annual Dinner Gift Sponsor OR
  3. CSR Campaign OR
  4. Cash
Bonus Reward Tailored-made residential solar solutions package with special discount rate for Eligible Customer’s company as its employee benefit
Redemption Limit
  1. Reward:
    One (1) time redemption per one (1) New Customer
  2. Bonus Reward:
    One (1) time redemption for each Successful Referrer.
Redemption Conditions
  1. The Reward and Bonus Reward can be redeemed upon the fulfilment of the Project installation for the New Customer is completed (for Eligible Package under Powervest Programme), OR balance payment is fully paid (for Eligible Package under capex model) by the New Customer.
  2. The project installation date and completion timeline shall be determined by Solarvest.
  3. Non-cash rewards will be prioritized to redeem.
  4. Rewards and Bonus Reward are non-transferable and non-negotiable. Solarvest shall not in any event be held liable of non-receipt of the rewards or damages caused during the delivery process. No replacement and/or exchange of rewards will be entertained.
  1. The Promotion hereinabove set out in the Promotion Details (“Promotion”) is offered by Solarvest Energy Sdn. Bhd. and Solarvest Energy (SR) Sdn. Bhd. (“Company”).
  2. The Promotion shall be applicable only during the Promotion Period. The Company shall reserve the right to extend, cease and/or cancel the Promotion at any time before the expiry of the Promotion Period and/or when the Redemption Limit is reached without any prior notice. The Company further reserves the right to amend the Promotion Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  3. Any Eligible Customer who does not meet the requirement set out above shall not be entitled to the provisions of the Promotion.
  4. The Company reserves the right to decide and select the package of Reward and Bonus Reward for each Eligible
  5. Unless otherwise stated in the Promotion Details, in the event there are multiple promotions (including this Promotion) available during the same Promotion Period, and should the customer become an Eligible Customer to more than one promotion that is available, the customer can only choose one promotion and shall no longer be eligible for any other promotions that are available during the same Promotion Period.
  6. In the event the New Customer cancels or terminates the purchase order of the Eligible Package with the Company, any unfulfilled Promotion (if any) shall be automatically forfeited, and the Eligible Customer shall not be entitled to exchange the unfulfilled Promotion for any other rewards or replace for cash or credit under any circumstances.
  7. For the avoidance of doubt, no advice or information obtained (whether orally or written) by the customer from the Company, or its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, partners and/or subcontractors shall create any kind of warranty and / or representation by the Company itself.
  8. The Company may at its sole discretion without liability vary, delete, or add the Promotion Details and/or any of these Promotion Terms and Conditions at any time during the Promotion Period without prior notice.
  9. The Company’s decisions on all matters relating to Promotion including the decisions in determining the eligibility will be final, conclusive, and binding and no further correspondence or attempts to appeal, review or dispute of such decisions will be entertained.
  10. Capitalised words have the meaning as specified in the Promotion Details. Words in the singular include the plural and words in the plural include the singular, and words expressed in one gender (whether masculine, feminine or neuter) include all other gender
  11. All personal information provided by Eligible Customer and New Customer is subject to the Company’s Privacy Policy (accessible at https://staging.solarvest.my/investor-relations/ir-privacy-policy/). Notwithstanding to the foregoing, by participating in the Promotion, the Eligible Customer and the New Customer:
    • consents for the Company to collect, record, hold, store, use, and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in this Promotion; and
    • consents for the Company to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and
    • grants the Company the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial, or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
  12. By subscribing to the Eligible Package and the Promotion, the customers acknowledge that they understand the Promotion Terms and Conditions to the fullest extent, the Company’s Privacy Policy, the terms and conditions of the Eligible Package and agree to be abide by them. The customers agree that continued subscription to the Promotion shall constitute their acceptance of these terms and conditions.
