Terms & Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern participation in the POWERBEE – Homedec Lucky Draw Campaign (“Campaign”) organized by Powerbee Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. [202301006258]), a subsidiary of Solarvest Holdings Berhad (“Powerbee”).
By participating in this Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these T&Cs and any decisions made by Powerbee in relation thereto.
1. Eligibility
1.1. This campaign is open to Malaysian residents aged 18 and above at the time of participation.
1.2. Participants must download Powerbee App during the Campaign Period to get one (1) lucky draw entry; or place a RM200 deposit for the purchase of a Powerbee EV Charger system during the Campaign Period to get five (5) lucky draw entries.
1.3. Employees of Powerbee, Solarvest Holdings Berhad, its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, and their immediate family members (such as spouse, parents, children and siblings) are not eligible to participate.
1.4. Powerbee reserves the right to request proof of eligibility (e.g., NRIC or proof of purchase). Entries failing to meet eligibility criteria will be disqualified.
2. Campaign Period
2.1. The campaign runs from 6 November 2025 to 9 November 2025 (“Campaign Period”).
2.2. App downloads, deposits or entries received after the Campaign Period will not be eligible to participate in the Campaign.
2.3. Powerbee’s records of entry timestamps shall be deemed final and conclusive.
3. How to Participate
3.1. To participate, an eligible participant must:
3.1.1. download the Powerbee app for one (1) lucky draw entry; or successfully place a RM200 deposit with Powerbee for an EV Charger system purchase for five (5) lucky draw entries; and
3.1.2. provide complete and accurate personal details as required by the campaign registration form.
3.2. Any incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or duplicated entries may be rejected at Powerbee’s sole discretion.
3.3. Proof of deposit submission alone does not constitute proof of eligibility.
4. Prize(s)
4.1. Two (2) winners will receive a free EV Charger (“Prize”).
4.2. Prize models, specifications or quantities may vary subject to availability and may be substituted with items of equivalent or greater value at Powerbee’s discretion.
4.3. The Prize is non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, credit, or other items.
4.4. The prize is transferable only to another individual who will install the EV charger system with Powerbee or Solar System purchase with Vestech, and such transfer is subject to prior written consent from Powerbee. Any transfer without written approval will be deemed invalid.
4.5. All images or depictions of the Prize are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual item.
5. Winner Selection & Announcement
5.1. Winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries under a method deemed fair and transparent by Powerbee.
5.2. The draw will be conducted after the Campaign Period and may be witnessed by a representative of Powerbee.
5.3. Winners will be notified via the contact details provided within five (5) days after the end of the Campaign Period.
5.4. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within seven (7) working days, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected.
5.5. Powerbee’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign (including eligibility, selection, and disqualification) shall be final, binding, and not subject to appeal.
6. Deposit & EV Charger System Installation
6.1. The RM200 deposit is non-refundable, except where Powerbee determines the participant is ineligible for system installation due to technical or compliance factors.
6.2. Any additional costs associated with installation, transportation, accessories, or system customization (if applicable) shall be borne by the customer.
7. Prize Redemption
7.1. Winners must redeem their Prize by 31 March 2026 unless otherwise stated by Powerbee.
7.2. Failure to redeem within the stipulated period will result in forfeiture of the Prize without compensation.
7.3. Powerbee reserves the right to request verification documents (e.g., NRIC, purchase proof) prior to Prize redemption.
8. Marketing, Publicity & On-Site Content
8.1. By participating in this Campaign, participants consent and authorize Powerbee and Solarvest Holdings Bhd., to:
8.1.1. Use the participant’s name, likeness, and general details for announcements, marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes; and
8.1.2. Capture and utilize photographs, audio and/or video recordings taken during installation or related events for promotional use across any media platform.
8.2. No additional payment, royalty, or compensation shall be provided for such usage.
8.3. Participants may withdraw consent for future publicity by written notice to Powerbee; however, such withdrawal shall not affect any prior publication.
9. Personal Data Protection
9.1. Personal data collected under this Campaign will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and Powerbee’s Privacy Policy.
9.2. The data will be used solely for purposes relating to campaign administration, verification, marketing, and communication with participants.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1. All trademarks, logos, and materials of any nature whatsoever associated with this Campaign shall at all times belong exclusively and remain the property of Powerbee.
10.2. The participant shall not use, reproduce or disclose to any party any intellectual property belonging to Powerbee, including those developed, obtained, created, written, prepared or discovered by the participant through the performance of the Campaign, without the prior written approval of Powerbee.
10.3. Nothing under this Term and Conditions shall be construed as granting any license or right to use such intellectual property without Powerbee’s written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Powerbee and Solarvest Holdings Berhad shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from participation in the Campaign, Prize redemption, or use of the Prize.
11.2. Powerbee shall not be responsible for technical errors, communication failures, or unauthorized access affecting the Campaign’s integrity.
11.3. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by Powerbee’s proven fraudulent and wilful misconduct.
12. General
12.1. Powerbee reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and liability.
12.2. Any such amendments will take effect upon publication on Powerbee’s official website or communication channels.
12.3. Participants are encouraged to periodically review the Terms and Conditions for updates.
