As a clean energy solutions provider, Solarvest creates value beyond financial performance by driving local job creation, strengthening domestic supply chains and stimulating economic growth. Anchored in our core business of clean energy, we play an active role in accelerating the global shift toward a low-carbon economy.
Guided by Solarvest’s 5-years strategic roadmap, we are expanding across the clean energy ecosystem, delivering end-to-end decarbonisation strategies.
Our goal is to help businesses towards decarbonisation, while enhancing energy resilience, optimising costs and sustaining long-term business value.

All other indirect emissions in the value chain (e.g. purchased goods and services, logistics, leased assets, investments).
Continuous collaboration with clients to decarbonise their value chain
Solarvest demonstrated steadfast resilience through operational agility, achieving strong financial performance supported by the expansion of its asset base and project portfolio. Furthermore, Solarvest is further advancing its performance through strategic projects and sustainable financing, reinforcing its commitment to long-term growth and impact.
Since 2022, Solarvest has adopted drone technology and smart analysis into our operations. This innovation reduces manpower needs, enabling redeployment to critical tasks.
In particular, drone thermography cuts manual infrared scanning time by up to 90%, completing full data acquisition for a 70 MWp plant in just one day, with efficiency gains scaling across larger plants.
The Saxon EVolve Program addresses the slow adoption of EVs by converting the environmental value of EV charging into verifiable carbon credits, accelerating the rollout of EV charging stations across Southeast Asia.
Certified under Verra’s Verified Carbon Standard, EVolve quantifies emission reductions compared to traditional vehicles while advancing green mobility.
This project has comprised chargers operated by Powerbee, located across Malaysia.
Solarvest has successfully issued a Sustainability Islamic Medium-Term Note, with proceeds allocated under our Sustainability Sukuk Framework to projects in clean energy, energy efficiency, climate change adaptation and affordable basic infrastructure. Most funds have been deployed to qualifying projects, with the balance temporarily placed in Shariah-compliant money market instruments.
Solarvest prioritises product quality and customer satisfaction through reliable clean energy solutions tailored to evolving client needs. With strict quality controls, certified components and effective project management, we deliver resilient systems supported by ongoing maintenance services and performance monitoring.
Our efforts are underpinned by our compliance with industry standards and supported by various licences and accreditations, including the following:
Solarvest recognises that delivering safe, reliable and high-quality systems is fundamental to customer satisfaction and the adoption of clean energy.

At Solarvest, an efficient and reliable supply chain is vital for delivering innovative, high-quality clean energy solutions, as it supports seamless operations from project inception to delivery.
In line with our ISO 9001:2015 certification, we uphold strict quality management standards across our supply chain. Prospective suppliers and subcontractors are required to undergo a pre-qualification process, including profiles and track records, with following criteria applied in both the vendor selection and the annual performance assessments.
The six criteria are measured on a scale of 0 to 3, with 3 indicating excellence in all requirements. The conclusion of the evaluation form is presented as a percentage, reflecting the scores of each criterion based on the scale.
Solarvest supports the local economy by prioritising partnerships with local vendors and service providers, building an efficient and cost-effective supply chain. International suppliers are engaged only when specific expertise or materials are unavailable or unviable domestically.
