CNY Campaign 1: Double Happiness Chinese New Year Referral Programme

Rewards for referrals will be based on successful installation tiers:

• RM288 AngPao for a 4.50kWp or 5.85kWp solar system

How to register my interest for the above CNY Campaign? 

1. Fill in this Google form with your name and contact number.
2. Select the type of solar system you’re interested, and indicate whether it is for own use or refer a friend/family.
3. Fill in all the required information and submit the form.
4. Our Vestech team will reach out to you directly.

Terms and Conditions for CNY Campaign 1:

1. The participants is required to register for the CNY Campaign via the Google form (“Referrer”) and refer an individual – such as a friend or family member (“Referee”) during the promotion period: from 24 January 2024 to 29 February 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
2. The Referrer shall provide contact details of the Referee latest by 29 February 2024. Failure to do so will deem the Referrer NOT eligible for the AngPao (“Reward”).
3. The Referee shall complete the sign-up latest by 29 February 2024. The Referrer will NOT eligible for the Reward if the Referee signs up after the Promotion Period.
4. The Referee will be entitled to receive the Reward upon the Referee having successfully energised the solar system regardless of the installation date.
5. Any unsuccessful installation of the solar system will NOT entitle the Referrer to receive the Reward.
6. Vestech reserves the right to refuse or recover any Reward if it determines that the Reward is obtained under fraudulent circumstances or if the Referrer provided inaccurate or incomplete information.

Terms and Conditions for CNY Campaign 2:

1. New customers (“Participants”) MUST complete their registration and sign-up during 24 January 2024 to 29 February 2024.
2. In order to be eligible, the installation of Vestech ECOHome Solar PV System at the Participants’ home must be completed no later than 28 March 2024.
3. Participants MUST provide all necessary information and submit all supporting documents required in order to successfully install the Vestech ECOHome Solar PV System. Failure to do so shall deem the Participant not eligible for the lucky draw.
4. Any commencement and/or completion of the installation after 28 March 2024 will not entitle the Participants for lucky draw.
5. The lucky draw winner has three choices: to install the 4kWp Solar PV System on their own property, or to install the 4kWp Solar PV System at a friend’s or family member’s property, or to opt for an RM8,000 cashback should the winner decide not to install the 4kWp Solar PV System.
6. The lucky draw winner will be announced before 30 April 2024 and the redemption of the prize MUST be done by 31 July 2024. The prize will be forfeited if the winner fails to redeem during the said period.
7. Vestech reserves the right to refuse or recover any awarded promotion if it determines that the prize was obtained under fraudulent circumstances or if the Participants provided inaccurate or incomplete information.

Example Scenario:

Scenario A: A new customer, Mr-X signed up for an installation of the Solar PV System with a capacity of 8kWp before 29 February 2024 and completed the installation by 28 March 2024. Mr-X is entitled to the lucky draw to win a prize, which is a 4kWp ECOHome Solar PV System worth RM22,000. Mr-X signed up via Vestech platforms directly without any referrer, therefore, no referral fees will be paid.

Scenario B: Mr-P, an existing Vestech customer, introduces his friend, Mr-Y, who is a new customer to Vestech. Mr-Y successfully signed up for a 12kWp Solar PV System before 29 February 2024 and completed the installation by 28 March 2024. As a result, Mr-P is entitled to a referral fee of RM788, and Mr-Y stands a chance to win a prize – a 4kWp ECOHome Solar PV System. If Mr-Y wins a prize through the lucky draw, he must redeem the prize before 31 July 2024.

Scenario C: Mr-Q, an existing Vestech customer, introduces his friend, Mr-Z, who is a new customer to Vestech. Mr-Z successfully signed up for a 10kWp Solar PV System before 29 February 2024. However, as the installation can only be done after 5 April 2024, it was not completed before 28 March 2024, making Mr-Z ineligible for the lucky draw. Nevertheless, Mr-Q will still be entitled to a referral fee of RM788.
