Promotion Campaign Period

The GET SOLAR, WIN BIG lucky draw will start from 18 November 2024 at 12:00am until 15 December 2024 at 5:00pm.

How to Enter

1. To enter this promotion campaign, patrons must sign up for a Vestech Energy residential solar photovoltaic system during the promotion campaign period and make a minimum deposit payment of RM1,000 within the same period.
2. Successful patrons who have made the minimum deposit for a Vestech Energy residential photovoltaic system during the promotion campaign will be entitled to one (1) entry into the lucky draw contest.

Eligibility

This giveaway will be open to all applicants who meet the following criteria:-

1. Pay a minimum of RM1000 non-refundable deposit.
2. Must successfully sign up to install Vestech Energy residential solar photovoltaic system during the promotion campaign period.
3. Employees of Vestech Energy, Solarvest Holdings Berhad, and its subsidiaries are not eligible to participate.

Prize Draw

Stand a chance to win RM28,888 worth of prizes in total! 48 lucky winners will be randomly selected during this promotion campaign! The prizes in total as below:-

1. Week 1 Lucky Draw (12x Winnings) (18 – 24 November 2024):-

How will the Winners be selected?

1. Each week, the lucky winners will be selected at random and announced on the following week Monday at 8:00pm.
   (Example: Week 1 is 18 – 24 November 2024 winner will be selected and announced for this week on the following week Monday which is 25th November 2024)
2. For Grand Prize Winner (Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra 512GB or iPhone 16 Pro Max 512GB) will be selected at random based on the total pool of people that has successfully signed up for the promotional campaign, but did not win any prizes. This will give a fair chance to all eligible participants.
3. Prize winners will be announced on Vestech Energy’s Facebook and Instagram page each Monday of the respective week ( 25th November 2024, 2nd December, 9th December 2024 and 16th December) by 8:00pm.

Terms and Conditions Apply

The following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to the Get Solar, Win Big Lucky Draw (the “Promotion”) hosted by Vestech Energy (the “Organiser”).

1. By participating in the Promotion, the eligible participant (“Patron”) is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other instructions that the Organiser may issue from time to time.
2. The Patron is required to register to install Vestech residential solar photovoltaic system during the promotion campaign period from 18 November 2024 at 12:00am until 15 December 2024 at 5:00pm.
3. The Patron is required to pay a minimum of RM1,000 (Ringgit Malaysia One Thousand Only) non-refundable deposit to participate in the Promotion.
4. The Patron shall provide all necessary information, complete the sign-up package, and pay a minimum deposit of RM1,000 or more latest by Sunday, 5.00pm of each respective week, in order to be eligible for the Promotion for that current week. Patron will NOT be eligible for the Promotion if the Patron signs up after the cut-off date and time of the Promotion.

Scenario 1 (Example: Mr Mohammad inquired and paid a deposit of RM1,000 on 24th November 2024 Sunday at 4:00pm. Mr Mohammad is entitled to be randomly selected for the prize on 25th November 2024 Monday by 8:00pm.)
Scenario 2 (Example: Mr Ben is inquired and paid a deposit of RM1,000 on 24th  November 2024 Sunday at 5:30pm, he is NOT entitled for that week’s Promotion, but will be enrolled as next week’s draw on 2nd December 2024 by 8:00pm.)
Scenario 3 (Example: Ms Chen is inquired and paid a deposit of RM1,000 on 15th December 2024 6:00pm, as the time she participated has lapse, she is NOT entitled for the Promotion.)

5. The Patron will only be entitled to receive their lucky campaign prize after successful installation of Vestech Energy residential solar photovoltaic system. The prize will be delivered to the Patron by an official employee of the Organiser free of charge, after successful installation of solar photovoltaic system. Any unsuccessful installation of the solar system will NOT entitle the Patron to receive the prize. The decision of the Organiser on all matters relating to or in connection with the Promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
6. The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and address upon being notified by the Organiser.
7. The Organiser shall not be liable to any persons in the Promotion for any injuries, losses or damages in respect of, in connection with and/or arising from the Promotion.
8. The Organiser reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the Promotion and to amend add, or omit the terms and conditions herein whenever necessary, without prior notice.
9. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse or recover any promotion awarded if it was discovered that the promotion was obtained under fraudulent circumstances, that inaccurate or incomplete information was provided by the Patron, and/or that any terms of the promotional campaign have been violated.
10. The Patron shall not submit multiple entries. One entry is only allowed for one person, per day.
11. The Organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of accepting or utilising the prize.
12. The Patron shall hold the Organiser harmless from and against any loss, damage, cost, liability or expense (including legal fees), whether direct or indirect, which the Organiser incurs in respect of, in connection with and/or arising from the Patron’s breach of these Terms and Conditions.
13. In the event of any inconsistencies or discrepancies between the Terms and Conditions and the contents of any brochure, marketing and/or promotional materials relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
14. The terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be resolved amicably between the Patron and the Organiser. If amicable resolution is not possible, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
