How It Works?
Under the Net Energy Metering (NEM) Rakyat Program by SEDA, Domestic Consumer(s) who have solar PV installations on the rooftop of their premises will consume the energy produced first, and any excess will be exported to the TNB grid. The credits received for excess energy will be used to offset part of the electricity bill on a “one-on-one” basis for ten (10) years of operation. Limited quota available on a first-come first-serve basis.
